My mom was burned by the electric handheld callus remover. And, after this happened, the man that was doing her pedicure kept asking me if i saw anything and acting like she was being ridiculous but at the angle i was sitting in a could not however, after the pedicure i could. His tone, attitude and the way he just simply spoke to my mom was unacceptable. Additionally, the pedicure i asked for was $55 and said regular polish. The individual doing my nails was snarky and just did gel without even asking and at the end of it my pedicure came to $80. I paid $80 for a rushed and rude pedicure and my mom got burned and hers was $70. Oh, and toes weren't even done to satisfaction nor was i asked If i liked them, i was just dismissed and rushed to try to get my shoes on so i could pay while i was trying to wait for my mom to be finished. Worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon. If i could do zero stars, i would.

We were seated right away, but we waited in the Pedicure chairs for 25-30 minutes before someone got to each of us. Mom waited 25, and I waited 30. We didn't mind because we didn't have many other plans that day, but all I kept thinking was 'this is how they get you'. They say they can take you, but then sit you in the pedicure water for a while, and you don't feel like you can leave. It was a little banana. Once the pedicure started, it was fine. We got the basic pedicure. Nothing too frilly. Each was roughly 30 minutes. My mom loved that, she likes when she can get in and out, me on the other hand. I love when the place takes their time with me. My mom even commented to the lady who was massaging her legs, that she does a great job. Mom stated that normally people are too hard on her legs. So that was nice to hear. My person was fine, I do like it a little harder than her, but he did an excellent job.
