Now, I call and they do pick up service on Fridays and deliver the following week on Friday. They are honest people too. I have left money in the pockets and I find the money folded and put in an envelope stapled to my bill. They have even done some hemming for me. The smell continued and I decided to learn more about it. I learned that the smell came from using overused, dirty, or improperly filtered drycleaning solvent. I learned that the smell can be removed by redrycleaning with pure and properly filtered drycleaning solvent. Since changing drycleaners I no longer notice the smell.

Not only did he refuse to refund initially he continued to respond by saying it wasn't his mistake and that the covers were just a bad fabric.
