I let him know that right now wasn't a good time and he offered to come back later and left me with his name and number. I thought more about it after he left and called him back cause we have had some trouble with bees lately in the yard. A few hours later he returned and we signed up for a Wasp/Bee service. I scheduled the appointment for a few days later and they tracked down the hives. Turns out there was a large bee hive on the inside of our fence in the backyard and another inside the basketball hoop connection thing. I'm happy to say that it's been over a week now and no bees in the yard and my kids are not scared anymore. We are probably going to have them back in the fall to start spraying for spiders as well.

Just got a call today that I am in collections now. I realize I signed a contract but they failed to comply with returning to my home. And if I did get some "special" I would be willing to pay the difference but not $202 that I now have a collection for. The best pest control get Home Defense Max at Home Depot and do it yourself!

It is very good and the products that they use do take care of the issues with insects, spiders, and such. We hired them because we have a horrible squirrel problem and nothing that they have tried has had much success. So we have resorted to taking care of the squirrels ourselves. The problem is the poor communication with the owner of the company, Cody. The communication is by text and there have been times when I have texted him and he has never responded or has responded days later. Good communication is obviously something that is paramount in a company that I hire to provide service and it is sad to say that this is what is missing in this company. We may be looking to hire another company due to the poor communciation.

Some kind of bug/pest was eating everything in my newly planted garden! I researched it as much as I could and tried to get rid of it with no success. I broke down and called Jeff with Summit. I only with I had not waited so long! He came to my house first thing the next morning. He had it taken care of before I had all my kids ready for the day.
