These guys were so helpful! I spoke with the owner after hours, which surprised me because I didn't expect anyone to actually answer when I called outside of regular business hours. I had planned to just leave a message. He answered my (million) questions and told me someone would be out to check out our situation the next day. We have had a nasty little rodent living in our house for the last month and I was ready to just burn the house down and cut my losses. His employee showed up exactly on time. He checked things out with my 2yr old grandson and 2 dogs following him around the entire time. He explained everything to me, set out traps and left me with more in case we needed them. I initially went with these guys because of the low cost. They are very responsive. They come by for free for additional treatments in the quarter you paid for which works out great considering there's nothing but fields behind our house. Voles will always be nearby for us, but they've not been an issue since hiring these guys. I don't think they've ever come out later than two business days from when I texted asking for help. I've used them for over 2 years now and they haven't raised their prices in that time. I make a point of recommending these guys any time pest control comes up! read more
