My sister and I bought a home last spring and we LOVE it!!! At the time of purchase, it needed some remodeling work and so we interviewed several local contractors and decided to use Averie Construction. We needed new flooring in the majority of our home, some pretty customized electrical work and some custom plumbing work. Because we are potters (we work with Ceramics), our needs were pretty specific to accommodate an in-home studio. Holy Cow!!! Did we make the right choice in going with Averie!!! Rick and Jen went above and beyond our expectations while still staying within a specific budget! AND - it was on time!!!! WOW!!!! It is a few months later now (I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review to see if any issues cropped up) and I am even more pleased with our choice in contractors!!! And, to find one that was able to stay within budget AND timeline while meeting some specialized requests - WOW!!!!
