They helped me understand the thickness and height of the turf and lay down few pieces to demonstrate. After we agreed on a turf type, the deposit was made, and date we schedule for install. The crew did a great job over the couple days it took for installation. One thing I will mention, is the way the turf is installed could matter to you because there is a lean of the blades of grass. The manufacturer recommends the lean facing the direction it will be seen the most. I believe this is subjective and you should decide by asking them to layout some large pieces. The finish project has helped transform my backyard and now looks amazing! For pool owners, the grass feels amazing on your feet! I said grass because dit looks and feels just like it!

We tried to reach him via phone, text, and email for several months. To this day our backyard is a mud pit. At this point, we just want a refund of the significant deposit we paid him. Robert only recently responded about a month ago when I said I was writing an honest review of our horrendous experience. He offered no explanation for his disappearance only excuses. And no, we still have not received a refund as of January 26, 2026. We are out a big chunk of money. It's been a complete nightmare.
