I went to the Sky lounge before take off and I was super disappointed with the lounge, I always expected the most elegant and selective look for delta but it seems to be all smokes and mirrors. why do airlines charge for emergency row seats, some people that get this seats cannot act on a emergency situation, this is right down dangerous to leave the money speak for the lives of all the people on the place because of 30 extra dollars a lot of people could die when someone who may not be able to act on a case of emergency seats there, the airlines should check themselves about these emergency seats new money hungry charges and care for the humans in the flights instead. the aircraft is old, noisy and the bathroom smelled real bad like old pee.... the staff did not move me even after I asked for a switch, they had free seats but no avail. sadly delta planes are never the newer and the most comfy ones, as well as their customer problem resolution is never the best one for the customers, I wish delta was a bit more for the client as they would get much more from us if that was the case. the internet works terribly and the movies do not work at all!!!!! every single time i notice that they give very little and take a whole lot. overall my trip was terrible, the cabine stunk like pee, the plane was super noisy and the internet did not work properly, no entertainment at all.

I believe she was the purser, and possibly she thought that meant "Miss Thing", but this particular flight attendant ‍ had an attitude that may as well have been giving her a knife and stabbing me whenever I asked her anything. Asking for 2 Diet Coke's was returned with eyes rolling and "two?! Are you kidding?! I asked her about the different entrees. She said "I wouldn't know! I don't eat this stuff!" Then, after I somehow knocked my glasses from the side table, she saw me looking for them and ran over and asked me "you better not be taking that seat apart!!!!!". What is wrong with politeness, doing the right thing and acting civilized? I've travelled with Delta on multiple occasions. On one trip, the assistance of a dr was requested on the overhead speakers. I volunteered. I was told what was wrong, and quickly abandoned by the entire Delta flight crew and this was a transatlantic flight. They didn't offer me any help, no first aid kit, no air to ground phone. Nothing. Not even a "thank you". This airline is really nasty and hires people from the bottom of the barrel.

If u don't have lounge access no problem there are a lot of places available for food, drinks & shopping enough to keep u occupied. My only complain for this airport would be if it were a bit more organized, there was a lot of people & seemed like it was not as clear to view flight info on the monitors. For such a big airport overall it was as easy as u can expect, no crazy delays & plenty of options to help u pass the time.

The most recent was using my Delta points because the original flight I booked using cash/ credit card was non-modifiable and non-refundable which was ridiculous! Getting an upgrade was next to impossible as a foreigner - you need a CPF number. I've tried upgrading my flights multiple times but without a CPF number, you can't. I tried upgrading at the airport but they couldn't help me - all of a sudden, they can't speak English. Customer service is trash. So, I was slumming it in economy. The snack was corn chips which was nothing special. Passengers match the airline's vibe. No rules. People from the back row helped themselves all the way to the front as soon as we landed. I don't understand - do they think we have a time limit deboarding the plane and that after a certain time you can't get out anymore? Ridiculous! The positive: we were on time taking off and landing.

I tried calling the 800 number for LATAM for the assisted check in and after 15-20 minutes speaking with a live person, I was told that my check in was completed. Upon arriving at the airport I found out that the flight was canceled and my check in was never completed. I will never use Delta or LATAM again, their incompetence is just unbelievable.

They had us sitting on the airplane until 9:30 AM before they finally announced the flight was cancelled. I paid for GOL conforto which allows you to pick your seats. They booked us on a 10:30 PM flight, refused to provide a hotel. When we checked into the flight they separated my wife and I, had both of us sitting in the middle seat. We told them we had paid for seat selection and have an infant. The gate agent was a complete jerk and did not care. If you visit Brazil save yourself the headache and avoid GOL.
