The facility is clean and tidy. The physical therapists are always knowledgeable and friendly. They work with you and explain everything. You develop a lovely relationship with them, they are all so pleasant. If something is too hard they will let you back off, if you need to cancel an appointment they aren't angry. It's a really great place to recover whatever is ailing you.

So you can see how much they care for their patients, and how willing they are to work with you.. I don't knows if that's the position of the whole company, but to save u time and trouble, skip this place on Phillips, they will not care if u have even health situations, emergencies, etc..Save yourself the hassle and just go someplace else. Despite my son repeatedly saying he wasn't improving, the PT brushed it off and acted like everything was fine. I've attached screenshots of their conversation -- you can see how little concern was shown when he reported no progress. At the end, they pushed for $200/month more for the same "app updates." No reevaluation, no real care, no results. My son still can't play competitively because his hip is no better. Total waste of money. Look elsewhere.

When my cast was taken off, I could barely walk, and I was in pain after a few steps. Corey, the physical therapist here, is kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I visited 2-3 times a week for the first couple months and weekly after that. I have seen and felt steady improvement in my gait, flexibility, and endurance since starting here. I don't believe I would be nearly as far along in my recovery if it hasn't been for going here, and I think my healing process would have stopped prematurely had I not had the benefit of this rehabilitation.

They encourage one to follow up with a healthy lifestyle. They also share a small headed, indoor pool for aquatic physical therapy. Which is the bomb for us in LOTS of pain. They even offer a free month membership to the YMCA after one is healed. And the YMCA has a sliding monthly payment for us poor folks. One can even apply for financial assistance for an even lower monthly membership. The pool and locker room are terrific. One might as well enjoy themselves as they recover from an injury.

Everything runs like clockwork, however I do find I am not always brought back start on time. It's usually about a 5 minute delay. The staff are usually multi tasking, which is fine by me. I don't need someone over me. My therapist and I work well together. He's very nice and intuitive the exercises or stretches I need. They share the facility with YMCA. I don't use the equipment within Brooks. I use the pool. It's getting remodeled Mid-Sept 2018, so hopefully that will look good. However, it's not Brooka so it doesn't effect this rating.

The facility itself is simply a converted office building, so there is nothing terribly spectacular in the way of exercise equipment or therapy tools. But what I found was that was not the important element for my recovery. The most important element was the people who pushed me to use these simple techniques and tools at this location. They are the ones' who helped me move past my stopping point when I felt I had done enough.
