I received therapy at Omni Health Services for a few years. I was lucky enough to get one of the…read moreonly good therapists they had. Everything was fine with this therapist until the pandemic quarantines hit. Like all other businesses, they were forced to shut the building down, thus ending my therapy sessions. I'd like to point out that I had a very bad reaction to medications I was prescribed while receiving therapy at Omni. I was also sent to what can only be described as the absolute wrong medical facilities to seek treatment for those adverse reactions to the medication. I wasn't happy with what happened but I did return to my therapist there. She was that good. I started to get the feeling that the business she worked for, Omni, wasn't as dedicated to patient care as my therapist was. I'd also like to note that I could have leveled a gigantic lawsuit against Omni due to me becoming severely sick from prescribed medications. I chose not to, though. At the time, I foolishly believed that they had my mental health care as a priority. That was a mistake. I was dead wrong. When the pandemic restrictions were lifted, my therapist had left Omni for greener pastures. I now know why that was a good choice for her. I started to feel mentally drained and very depressed. I called Omni, thinking that they would want to help a former patient. Again, I was dead wrong. When I called for help, I was told, very bluntly, that no new patients were being accepted. I explained that I wasn't a new patient, I was a returning one. I also made it very clear that I was not in a good mental state and I felt that I needed help immediately, something that I've never done or admitted to in the past. The response I received was shocking: Find help elsewhere. So, in a nutshell, a facility that I could have have a major lawsuit against, which I decided was not the right thing to do, dropped me like a hot potato. They couldn't care less if I was sick or suicidal. Completely disgraceful. Do not bother with this facility. They are non-professional, uncaring and a complete disgrace.
