But a nurse backed up the the case review and they continually called to check on my progress. I 've had one refill in April 2025. It's now July 31, and no one is returning ing my calls, or my texts, not the nurses number, not Gail my contact, and the pharmacy starts my voice recording and then hangs up on me. I just got a call back and when I answer it the woman on the line goes, " Hello, hello," as if she can't hear me. Well she must've heard my voice message to know to call me. How come she could hear my recording but when I am on the phone she does not hear me? And why isn't she continually trying me back by phone or text? If they've changed their phones why didn't they mail me something? Gail was having phone issues in April saying that they were going to a new system and had to give me a work around number to speak with her in April. It does not go through now. If you're starting up, go to a different provider group if you can. NEW HOPE WELLNESS is not reliable. By the way, it's quite telling that they only had 3 reviews before mine. I'm quite sure hundreds of people have been utilizing their service but where are all the happy customers?

Yelp helped me to find Dr. Godfrey several years ago when I saw an awesome review of his place. I…read morebookmarked it that day and the next time my wife had severe back pain I suggested she contact him. She's gone to him several times in the last year or so. Last week I was having some really bad lower back and leg pain so I called on a Friday morning asking (almost in tears) if they had any time available that day. They, much to my delight, took me at noon. Dr. Godfrey and his staff are super nice and he spent a good deal of time talking to me about my pain before laying a hand on me. He adjusted the heck out of my spine and neck and also applied heat and electro stimulation. Less than 24 hours later I was feeling well enough to go ahead with my weekend plans which included walking 7 or so miles in Manhattan. I went back for a follow up and again, awesome service. I had been going to a chiro office in town for many years but as the years went on, the doctors dwindled to just one (the bad one) so I'm grateful to have found Dr. Godfrey. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
