I've been bringing my pets to Sandra for 8+ years. You couldn't ask for a more caring, considerate and most importantly, honest vet. I had had my pug at Romeo previously, and the vet there was horrendous. She had me convinced that if I didn't do a $5000 surgery for my 2 year old pug pup, he would die in agony. They had the appointment booked before I even left the consultation room. Sandra was the only vet that would see him for a second opinion without charging me, and was horrified by the treatment we received. Sandra was able to diagnose and treat my pup at a fraction of the price, and took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, and how we were fixing it. My pug lived another 6 years under Sandra's care, and at the end of his life, she was supportive and caring. We have brought every pet since to Sandra and will going forward. read more

This place has the most cruel and inconsiderate head veterinarian we have ever come across. When we brought our small dog to her, Dr. Bhardweg,with serious leg problems, a poor bedside manner is putting it ridiculously mild! She dismissed our concerns, spoke as if our business was a burden and a bother to her, and when discussing possible expensive medical alternatives - LAUGHED at us. Actually, physically laughed.
