Very Bad Office Experience! My son had a consultation…read moreappointment. He has special needs and takes transit. It's-15 outside, he was running 5-10 minutes late so very politely he called the office to let them know that he is on his way but running a bit late. Guess what?? The secretary ask him to reschedule his appointment. She was very rude. Told him that doctor is not available for you today if you come late. And she just rescheduled him!!! I called the office when I got the message from my son, she showed her extreme rude behaviour towards me over the phone. I told her right there, I will be posting this on the review, she immediately asked me if he can come back. Absolutely NOT!!!! I hope the Doctor reads this and takes actions!!!! We're not happy with this at all!!!

It has a professional environment, the Staff are exceptional - the best bedside manner I have encountered to date and the office itself is very comfortable. Talking to Dr. Friedlich was really easy, he listened to my fears and concerns and truly talked me through them which I really appreciated (because I have a huge fear of dental surgeons/procedures/dentists). The nurses were also amazing, they introduced themselves to me and told me they would be with me through this whole process- which they were. Overall, what I thought would be the scariest part of the procedure ended up being the best. The surgery went very smoothly, I was given clear instructions on what to do for the next few days to prevent complications. Dr. Friedlich also makes calls to make sure that you are doing well. Overall, I am extremely happy I chose Dr. Friedlich for this procedure. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible and I truly did!

The office is busy on the weekends, but the staff is friendly and very organized. Consultations don't feel rushed, the surgeon makes sure you are very well informed of your assessment and lets you know exactly what to expect, so you can make well-informed decisions. Wisdom tooth removal appointment only took a few mins. I was in and out in 15 minutes! That includes signing the consent form, payment, setting up a follow-up appointment, and the whole wisdom tooth extraction procedure. Bottomline: a very smooth-sailing and fast and easy procedure. Because the surgeon is good and very knowledgeable, there were no complications in the procedure. I recommend Dr. Benjamin Li to anyone looking for a good oral surgeon. Oh, and they also call you a couple days later to check how you are doing, and to let you know you can always call if you have any questions or concerns. Review 86 of 100

But my tooth#47 beside this wisdom tooth was broken by surgery. My insurance has no balance since did this surgery, no money for fixing this broken tooth. Dr. Robin Listrom asked me to see my dentist to fix it, and he will pay for it. After exam and x-ray, my dentist emailed Dr. Robin Listrom the bill to fix my broken tooth. I am trying to contact them, always nobody answer the phone. I am trying to leave the message online, but no any reply. During this procedure, Dr. Robin Listrom and other staffs are very rude, proud and impatient. He walked away even I did no finish my words. It makes me very upset. Don't go to this clinic if you do not want to broke your good teeth. Super high price and very bad service.

I went to see them to remove some impacted wisdom teeth, and I was not given a choice regarding…read morewhat type of sedation I wanted. I was told that I had to agree to IV sedation or they would not take out my wisdom teeth. I did not want to be put to sleep, because I was not comfortable with the idea of being unconscious. Dr. Barakat insisted that he would not perform the surgery in any other manner. In fact, he refused to provide the medical treatment I was seeking and sent me home when he wouldn't get his way. I found two other dental clinics who told me that IV sedation was not necessary. In fact, I went to another oral surgeon (not a general practitioner) located in Richmond Hill and had all of my wisdom teeth removed with only a local anesthetic (i.e. freezing) without any pain, complications or unnecessary sedation. The other clinic safely removed the teeth in a way where I could conveniently drive myself home afterwards, and deal with any recovery-pain with prescription painkillers. It was also half the medical fees that CVOS quoted me for the procedure. IV sedation has risks, costs, and side-effects, and if you want that, then great, but patients' rights and wishes should always be respected, which was not the case here. I will never go to this clinic for any dental services, and I would give my friends and family the same feedback.
