Instead of removing the stones/rocks/bricks they dumped them further back in the woods on the property, hoping that I would not notice. Workers were smoking pot, eating pizza and hanging out instead of working. They remained on the property (not working) late into the evening, which made me uncomfortable. No supervision. Owner promised to make it right but never did. He stopped returning calls and responding to messages. I paid for a service that was not completed and actually made worse by their actions.

He excavated a lot leaving a bump going to the backyard, he destroyed both gates and about 20' of my fences, and for that I had to pay extra to replace it. Since we don't live in PA just yet, one day when we came back, I found out that he was using my house as storage without my permission including parking his trailer in my driveway. Also in December, I paid $1000 on a good faith in advance to him to start fixing my HVAC but that day when they were supposed to start the project, they never showed up in my house, so I had to cancel it and since then I kept asking for my money and Nate stopped communicating with me. Not just that, he recommended two plumbers to fix my drainage and water pipes in my house, but they just took my money and never came back to finish the job, their names are Jay Dixon, and the other one was Deshaun, I never got his last name. My experience with Bin There Dump That was very positive…read more Working with Bruce was very simple, and all the details were worked easily over the phone. Payment, delivery, pickup, etc. were all done via email/phone. No need to be present when they dropped the dumpster off. Additionally, they used wood matting under the dumpster as to not damage the driveway. The dumpster (ironically - it's a dumpster) was very clean, nicely painted, well maintained and greased, which is another plus in my book. The bin has a nice feature where the doors open like a French door so you can easily wheel/carry debris in. The doors have securing locks so they don't flap in the breeze. Although I'm not a fan of lime green paint, but it sure beats a rusty, dirty, junky looking trash bin from other folks - Plus I'm sure it's a "franchised look". Lastly, make sure you call and speak with Bruce. My location wasn't directly listed in the "service area", but being so close to Bridgeville in Washington County, additiontal accomidaitons where made! Moving forward if I have the need for another bin/dumpster, I'll definitely be calling Bruce @ Bin There Dump That.
