My experience with Bin There Dump That was very positive. Working with Bruce was very simple, and all the details were worked easily over the phone. Payment, delivery, pickup, etc. were all done via email/phone. No need to be present when they dropped the dumpster off. Additionally, they used wood matting under the dumpster as to not damage the driveway. The dumpster (ironically - it's a dumpster) was very clean, nicely painted, well maintained and greased, which is another plus in my book. The bin has a nice feature where the doors open like a French door so you can easily wheel/carry debris in. The doors have securing locks so they don't flap in the breeze. Although I'm not a fan of lime green paint, but it sure beats a rusty, dirty, junky looking trash bin from other folks - Plus I'm sure it's a "franchised look". Lastly, make sure you call and speak with Bruce. My location wasn't directly listed in the "service area", but being so close to Bridgeville in Washington County, additiontal accomidaitons where made! Frist their charges are transparent on their web site. Their dumpster is shorter than usual dumpsters. Which is perfect for residential on a tight spot. My project is located on a hill with a narrow road. Shorter dumpster is better. Their driver definitely got skill to back the dumspter to my driveway. The only negative thing, is I can't keep the dumpster longer than 10 days (there is $30 charge per day). However, I can always leave the trashes and debris in a pile and order the dumpster when I have enough to fill out the dumpster. By the way, they were nice enough to gave me an extra day without a charge. I appreciate their friendly approache and how easy to work with. Their service is prompt and reliable. So plan your job in advance and call them whenever you are ready. read more

Great price, great service, and a great product. I called at 9 in the morning and the dumpster (sorry, the bin) was delivered before noon. They gave me a 10 yd bin for the price of a 6 yd bin because they were out of the smaller size. The driver was very friendly and placed the bin exactly where I wanted it. He even moved the bin back a foot to make sure I could get my car out of the garage. They placed wood 2X8 down on the driveway so it would not leave a mark. The bin was picked up the same day that I called to have it removed. The bins are new, clean, and all of the doors worked just fine. The bins are shorter (10') so they don't take up the whole driveway. There are doors on the back of the bin to make it easier to load. read more

My husband and I were in desperate need to purge 20+ years of household items collecting dust and taking up much needed space. I researched different companies in the Pittsburgh area, and Bin There Dump That was the most accommodating. We have a slope in our driveway, and other companies said they needed a flat surface. They were able to deliver a bin quickly and were very careful, and used support slats to protect our driveway. Everyone we spoke to, from setting up delivery to pickup, were all very friendly and courteous. We plan to use them again in the future for some home renovation we are planning. The entire experience was excellent in dealing with Bin There Dump That. The were very profession and friendly on the phone while making arrangements. They delivered right on time and the big bonus was the way their dumpsters are designed they were able to fit a 20 yard dumpster into a small space which made it a much shorter distance for us to carry the items to the dumpsters. They checked in with us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything and when we were ready to have the dumpster picked up they were right on time.
