The order I received was fast and very well packaged and they even threw in few stickers and a cool magazine that was very much appreciated. they are on the west coast and i am on the east coast but they are my go to shop for all my new skating needs. They are constantly adding cool stuff, specially to their social media. Greg and Gabe were super helpful and knowledgeable, and fed into my kids' excitement as they picked out their first boards. I was able to get all 4 of my boys skateboards that they are absolutely stoked about. Got them some cool skate shop t-shirts as well. The vibe and the friendly customer service is something you just don't get from the big corporate-run places.
