OM gosh Michyo got right to my knots and released my traveling tension. She went from origin of my muscles to the insertion and got my knots out quick. I've been here twice and have to say Eika is one of the best massage therapists that I've ever been to. I was a little wary at first since her specialty is deep tissue and I tend to like my pressure light to medium; however she adjusted to my liking perfectly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be a repeat visitor. It's very affordable and they only take cash! I paid about $57 for an hour which was great considering how wonderful the massage was. I've paid double that for a massage at a nice, fancy hotel and left feeling as if I didn't even get massaged. The ambiance of the place is extremely relaxing and allows you to focus on relieving stress. The building that the massage place is located in is a treat in itself, older building with amazing wood and architecture features (sorry, I'm a geek about old buildings). I said I wanted a firm, therapeutic massage and that my neck and shoulders are always locked up. I forgot to ask what 'style' Eika used, because while much of what she did was familiar to me, some was not, though it all made sense.
