When I came in she took the time to understand my injuries and listened really intently to what it was that I was looking for and needed. She then went about her massage and was able to find all of my pain spots that needed working without me saying anything. She is obviously very skilled and experienced. It was not only a therapeutic massage but it was very relaxing. I had a 90 minute massage and did not get extra flared up the next day as with some therapists that work you too much and then the next day you pay the price!
