From the…read moremoment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their customer service really made the experience even better. The location is excellent, it's just down the street from the iconic Walt Disney World welcome sign, making it incredibly convenient for Disney vacations. It's also only about 30 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a Target in the same plaza , making it easy to grab anything you need during your stay. One of my favorite parts was the complimentary breakfast. They served delicious Mickey waffles every morning, along with a great variety of hot and cold options. Depending on the day, they offered bacon, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, assorted breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate. It was a fantastic way to start each day before heading to the parks. The hotel also offers amazing amenities. The pool was clean and relaxing, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a batting cage, soccer field, and basketball court available for guests. It made the hotel feel like a fun destination even when we weren't at the parks. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very affordable. After comparing several hotels in the area, this was one of the best values I found, especially considering its excellent ratings, convenient location, and everything it offers. Overall, I highly recommend the Fairfield by Marriott at Flamingo Crossings. Whether you're visiting Walt Disney World, Universal, or just enjoying Orlando, this hotel provides outstanding value, great amenities, a delicious breakfast, and exceptional customer service. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located close to Disney World and offers free shuttles to and from the different parks. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was well-proportioned and had a large shower which had good water pressure. The AC in room was not very noisy. The room and the hotel in general were well maintained. There is a good-sized pool and the poolside bar and grill was not only convenient but also the food was good. We had smashburgers the first night and they were very tasty. The hotel offers a free breakfast with many choices that include waffles, bagels, English muffins, sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and assorted juices. The dining area is kept clean. There is parking for $20 a day but we took a taxi from Orlando airport to the hotel so we did not park. Taxi is about $100 each way. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with many eating options, called Flamingo Crossing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we definitely would stay here again.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly & thorough. He gave us a choice of rooms (pet friendly on first floor or 3rd floor down from elevator), mentioned the office hours if we wanted coffee (but also in our room), asked if we had questions (answers also available via text), & told us about the complimentary continental breakfast (didn't try it). Our room was quiet and comfortable. The TV had lots of channels, with a channel guide under the TV and a simple remote. By each side of the bed was a small table, lamp, AC outlet & USB outlet. We also had a rolling office chair and comfy side chair. The bathroom was well lit, with a space to hang clothes on about 8 hangers. Shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were in the tub area & soap and lotion dispensers were near the sink. We had plenty of towels. Unfortunately the soap containers were empty, so we used the shampoo. We reported the problem when we checked out. The pillows were better than average, but the bed was a little squeaky & not as comfortable as others we've slept in. We did sleep through most of the night. We appreciated the mini fridge. It kept our complimentary waters cold, and the cool stuff we brought was also kept cold. Check out was easy and effortless. We will definitely stay here again if we are coming over for a couple of days.

Upon returning we opened the door to the room and was blown back by the obvious cigarette smoke. We were then charged 50.00 for this room as they had no other rooms available. We were then turned away and had to find another room at another hotel further away from the pool. The manager claims we should have checked the room upon check in so we are at fault. Poor customer relations. As you might assume we will never stay at another BEST WESTERN or affiliate ever again. They will have lost far more than the little this cost us.

Then theres a play area for kids and right next to it is surfing 11am-8pm then lazy river right next to it too. u have to make a reservation for surfing & u get put in a group & take turns. Theres a gym. There a "market" like 7eleven only had smart water. Theres seats & lounges. Its a decent spot. Pay for wut u get. I reccomend. BRING pool toys! There was no wristband thing. Cameras everywhere so safe. I think the staff could be more helpful welcoming charming. The things to do could be more organized as some things are a bit confusing & misleading. The map of the place & getting around isnt too bad , could use more signs though. Ive been to resorts that are just a lot more easy to understand. & yes this includes the website. I didnt see any gold or paddle boat. As i said it was tricky getting help some from someone as the employee around dont know anything and the front desks are just busy. Other resorts have people waiting and standing around looking to help you and sell you stuff, looking to help you have the best time, they play with you and everything. The hello ivy text message scan QR code didnt work as well.

SO GROSS - RUN FAR AWAY from this place…read more This was the grossest hotel I've stayed at in a really long time. It's comical that they call this a resort. If you are considering staying at this hotel please view the pictures I am attaching. This is the state of the room when we checked in, and also after they came and did a "deep clean" when we called to complain. I think the thing that shocked me the most was that when we called the front desk to say 1- there was vomit with mold growing on it outside the door to the room 2-the counters had white powder, debris and grime on them, 3- there was obvious crumbs, stains and chunks of white stuff on the carpet 4-our chairs were black outside that were supposed to be white 5-bathrooms were filthy The front desk received those comments with absolutely no surprise or shock in their voice, like they receive calls like that all the time. They then told us there was nothing they could do to help us because no one was there to clean rooms. They didn't offer to come themselves or to give us cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. They did steam clean the carpet where the puke was, but the mold grew right back the next day. I'm telling you; stay away from this place something is wrong with the circulation - you're going to be breathing in mold. Furthermore, There were no pans in the room, no broom, no coffee maker. Dishwasher didn't work, and had nasty stuff in it. Washer and dryer were dirty. Just absolutely disgusting, I have a 2 year old toddler too who honestly made me sick because she was playing on the floors in this place. Never ever ever ever would come back here, wouldn't come back here if they paid me to stay here - SO GROSS

My car was not molested. They charge for self-parking 1. We did not take Home 2's bus to the parks as the schedule was poor. We took cabs. 2. The rooms are good. We had 2Q & a sofa bed too. 3. Bathroom was fine. Plenty of hot water. Good towels. WiFi was good. 4. The breakfast was fine. I just wish they served it for more hours, 5. If you're flying into MCO & no car, I'll suggest taking the Mears Shuttle to Coronado Springs & then Taxi to Home 2. 6. The pool area is good. On Thurs.they have Disney movies under the stars. They also have BBQ grills and there's a Target next door where you can purchase food. 7. The parking situation can be improved. Parking close to the hotel is limited. They have a parking garage 5-min walk away. What I did not like was there were cars, consuming limited prime parking spots without the mandatory parking pass.

This is our 5th stay and I'm confident we will be back again. What sets this location apart is its proximity to Disney World, nearby amenities like Target, Dunkin and other restaurants and shops (including UPS to send all your souvenirs home)! We also love the pool vibes with a great onsite bar that serves what the kids like, chicken tenders and pizza! The slide is a hit and there are several umbrella tables and chairs to layout. This particular visit we had great service from Mae, Alex, Santi, and Lisbeth who all contributed to making this stay memorable. Pro tips: 1- this property is adjacent to other properties and gets busy. Parking gets full so you might need to park in the 5 level parking structure but it's an easy walk to the hotel. 2- breakfast is slammed so don't wait till the last minute to get food especially during peak season. Sometimes there is someone who makes the waffles (this is awesome because it speeds up the line) sometimes it's self serving which is slower.

They have elevators, unlike the townhomes which have stairs which are hard on my aged knees. We like the two bedroom units so family can stay with us. Each unit has a kitchen, and living & dining area with an outside patio. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We get the best sleep here. We always have hot water, and when necessary, we use the washer/dryer, with the provided detergent. When we save money by eating here, the well equipped kitchen has everything we need - including tea and coffee! The only problem we sometimes have after checking in is the ice machine. When we call, someone comes as quickly as possible to show us how to turn it on. It usually works. One time it didn't and we got a bag of ice. Now THAT is service. And with a smile. This resort has 3 pools, which look amazing. The water park was right outside our unit on this trip. So far we've spent our leisure time at the Disney Parks since we have annual passes. One day we WILL try the pools! This resort also has the Aqua Sol Poolside Bar & Grill, a fitness center, a Barcade, and a calendar of weekly activities.

After driving more than 10 hrs, we wanted nothing more than to ease into our room. After waiting in a long queue of guests who were also checking in, our keys did not work by the time we reached our room. Which was on the other side of the resort. We had to return and wait again in the long queue of guests to receive corrected key cards. This was a terrible first impression! The one bedroom accommodation was acceptable, not luxurious in anyway. It felt a bit like a college dorm room, with a fully-equipped kitchen. The lighting was uninspired, and consisted of a few room lamps that were either very bright or off. Dimmer switches would be appreciated! The back patio was screened in and surprisingly pleasant as it faced a private wild area. We visited two of the three pools that were available on the property and this location is a kids dream come true! One of the pools features a big waterslide and the place was packed with young families. It was difficult to find a lounger each time we visited a pool. Some families we met said that they had to go and do something else (paddle boarding or mini golf) because they couldn't find seating. The landscaping was also uninspired, and it was a resort in name only. I was informed I had to attend a sales presentation. When we mentioned how disappointed we were in the destination, the second agent who tried to sell us a package, said of the location "Aqua Sol is a terrible place. Hilton just recently aquired it, and is still completing renovations." It seemed as if Hilton was packing bodies into this facility during its renovation and requiring its guest to attend a 2 hour sales presentation.
