The receptionist answering the phone is polite and Patient. She is obviously very knowledgeable in her field and eager to please. She had a wide variety of listings at many different price ranges. rent prices are reasonable and I enjoy living in my house this past year. Maintanence was very fast when needed. communication with the landlord was quick and easy and it was my first year living off campus and my friends and I loved living in our house. the process for signing the lease was really easy.
