Three men showed up.They were on time. They retrieved their tools and began working on removing approximately 25 foot of the top of a storm damaged tree. When the job was completed he came and said it was ready for my inspection. I went to see how it looked. I really wasn't worried, for he had 70 jobs posted on Yelp which showed he and his crew was knowledgeable and professional. zi was really impressed how nice they had the cleanup not only my storm damage, how well they also cleaned my next door neighbor's yard. I stopped them after 4 hours (8 hours because there were 2 cleaners). Our home was clean before they arrived, so much so that the owner commented on the cleanliness. There were 2 items we wanted focused on - baseboards and blinds. The blinds were done well, the baseboard were not The mirrors had streaks from their "cleaning," the vacuuming looked like something my child did, and overall there was very little noticeable difference. They did not finish the downstairs as I refused to pay more for mediocre services. I highly suggest you use a different company. This one was the worst "professional" cleaners. The total was $306 for 4 hours (that included a 15 percent discount for first time customers). Reminder: they still needed to complete the downstairs. Overall, they are a ripoff.
