Today on a call with an agent they advised me that my No Claims Bonus is still pending due to requiring a SORN certificate for my vehicle which was off the road. You do NOT get SORN certificates in the Republic of Ireland, this ask is impossible. I've supplied all the required information and documentation possible including my No Claims Bonus, Gap Cover Document and all additional required documentation. If you cannot fulfil your insurance offering I do expect full reimbursement of my deposit. I am now keeping copies of all my emails as your team has been extremely unprofessional in dealing with my insurance policy or lack of. I am very disappointed in your service. If I am not dealt with accordingly furthermore I will be forwarding all copies of communication to the insurance ombudsman for investigation.
