When my Insurence company told me my premiums were going up by £140 even with an extras years NCB under my belt I told them in no uncertain terms what I thought of their prices (£613 renewal price compared to £470 last year!) Am changing the car at the same time so to be fair and compare apples to apples I let current insurer quote for new car - £582 (New car Group 8, old car Group 15) I shopped around and found easyinsure.co.uk owned by MCL. Their price was absolutley fantastic, over £200 cheaper than my current insurer with all the extras included, roadside breakdown and home start breakdon cover, legal cover, windscreen cover all included as standard - Their price I hear you ask - £373!! Dear Sir/Madam, I've contacted your office 6 times today, repeatedly told I'd get a call back. Today on a call with an agent they advised me that my No Claims Bonus is still pending due to requiring a SORN certificate for my vehicle which was off the road. You do NOT get SORN certificates in the Republic of Ireland, this ask is impossible. I've supplied all the required information and documentation possible including my No Claims Bonus, Gap Cover Document and all additional required documentation. If you cannot fulfil your insurance offering I do expect full reimbursement of my deposit. I am now keeping copies of all my emails as your team has been extremely unprofessional in dealing with my insurance policy or lack of. I am very disappointed in your service. If I am not dealt with accordingly furthermore I will be forwarding all copies of communication to the insurance ombudsman for investigation. read more

An absolute disgrace of a company - I've had the worst experience dealing with them through its4women.ie and the service is a disgrace - they won't let you contact them via email - what company in this day and age has no email contact online ?? I used this Company and get an online quote. I was never told the Company who they were insuring me with was registered in Gibralter. They also gave an incorrect address to the fincianciers Close Bros and all my papers went to a neighbour on the road-imagine how embarrassing this was?
