Robert Buzzard took on my Slip & Fall case (considered challenging) which prominent lawyers in my area refused to take. Not knowing anything about this process, it was such a relief that he always patiently explained everything without any of the typical condescending male lawyer attitude. He always gave me straight-forward, factual answers and it was clear he has lots of experience in injury cases. He seems to have a quiet, more of an introvert personality (seems unusual for a lawyer!) but that made him a great listener who never interrupted me and wasn't interested in just listening to himself talk (also seems rare for a lawyer!). I was pleasantly surprised that most of the time when I called he picked up the phone and always talked with me like I was one of his important clients. He also replied to my emails right away. Everyone else in the firm was always courteous, prompt and capable. He was honest in telling me what he thought was possible, but was willing to consider my requests. In the end, thanks to him doing due-diligence background research, his capable strategy based on solid experience, and his quiet but decisive negotiating skills, I was able to receive more than even he thought was possible!!
