To make a long story short, after many return visits and waiting for the mailed orthotics to return from the manufacturer, they failed to get the right foot to stop hurting. After 4 months of wasted time, money, and trips, I demanded a refund. They refunded all but 105.00 for the "fabrication of the orthotic devices", which I do not have. Go elsewhere!

Brought my dad in for his appointment this morning. He had a 10 am time slot and after we arrived…read morewe only waited for a few minutes before they called him back. The waiting area was comfortable with light rock music playing and large chairs. Receptionist was very friendly and chatted with my while my Dad was being seen. My father trusts them with his foot health. He see's doctor Vu. Dr. Vu is always very patient and properly informs my father of all his treatment options. He thoroughly discusses all the pros and cons as well. He is more than happy to answer any questions.

If you like working with Dr's that are easy to communicate with than this is NOT THE DOCTOR for you!! His admin horrible and has very poor communication skills. She's rude, arrogant and doesn't care! I am going out of the country in 48hrs and have a very simple question in regard to my prescriptions they he prescribed and the admin was forcing me to make an appointment. This is 2026...almost ALL DR's have a portal to communicate with patients for simple questions. According to his admin... He is unwilling to call patients and he won't email patients. When a patient is in need and time is of the essence, apparently he refuses to help. The moral of the story is....Dr Spier may be a good Dr but he's only as good as the level of care he provides when his patients are in need.

I saw Dr Spier today for the first time. I have calluses on the bottom of my right foot and he cut…read morethem down. This is the first time that my foot hurts after the calluses were cut. Usually, my foot feels so much better. Also, the paperwork that you fill out is kind of crazy. They want credit card info in case you don't pay your bill. I have never been asked for credit card info BEFORE you even see the doctor. Something is not right. Would not go back!! Also, my appointment was at 11:30 AM and the doctor came into the office in running shorts. He either just came from the gym or just finished running. He did put on scrubs before he entered the exam room.
