(It is an hour and half drive for me.) I'm in a lot of pain but decided it was worth the wait. Suddenly then sent a "reminder" that my appointment is at 11:15. I called to let them know that a mistake was made and spoke to two of the rudest, most unprofessional women (one was named Hilary) I have encountered in medical setting. No apology. No sorry we made a mistake. And "That's when he takes his lunch. He can't see you then. Do you want to reschedule or not?" Some people have no business interacting with patients. I just saw Dr. Werner at the Warren rd location and Cindy is always friendly to greet you as you enter, waiting room is on smaller size but hasn't been a problem since you're called back quickly to see the Dr. The rooms are clean and chairs are comfortable & can recline some in event a small injection/wrap/boot needs to be fitted for patient. I have had surgery on both my feet as have a few other people I know well and all have had positive feedback about their surgery. I can highly recommended this Dr for any foot issues from ingrown toenails needing surgical removal to more complex surgeries on tendons/bone or even for less complex treatment using conservative means such as a full size immobility boot to lighter size and weight wraps for immobility for driving! I can honestly say this doctor truly cares about his patients and their lives and will do everything possible to work with the patient before offering surgery (if it's a viable option).

This is the second time in the last ten or so years that I have selected the Texas Station Clinic for treatment of my back. I was pleased with my program results the first time, therefore, when I aggravated my back the second time...it was a no brainer. I was able to obtain a perfect schedule for twice a week, same days, and same time for seven weeks. During that time, I also was given a prescribed exercise routine for home that was designed by Brian for my pain management. Now that I have "graduated" I am following a slightly more challenging home program that Brian developed to maintain my pain management and overall wellbeing.
