The beer was very cheap but was still of a very good quality, the staff & club members were very friendly and made me feel at home, I ended up getting chatting to some of the people in the end as I have an allegiance with West Ham United FC. The furniture was nice, there were screens for the current sporting events and there was plenty of social activities i.e. darts, pool etc. The club was very busy and quite packed, that should tell you something and I really enjoyed my time there!

I've been using Rivets Sports & Social on and off since 1994 when we used the then bigger function…read moreroom for our wedding reception. With the introduction of the new housing estate Rivets have been able to keep afloat with new members joining on a regular basis Since 1994 the building has changed slightly. The main event hall is smaller now but still holds around 130 people. The main club room is large, well spread out and decorated well. The drinks are well priced and with Sky Sports on a massive screen, darts or pool why would you want to go up town and spend a fortune? My Wife and I have continued to support the club using the hall to host our 40th Birthdays in 2010/2011. The staff are helpful although some are a little old and stuffy but what can you expect from a club which has been around for years. Pop in you may be surprised.
