Rebecca unlike other practitioners listened carefully to my symptoms, she used her camera to take photos of my eyes. She put these photos up on her computer and explained in full detail what she could see. I am now a firm believer in Iridology, Rebecca picked up on many things, which she later confirmed by doing further Hair Mineral Analysis testing. I had to make some well needed adjustments to my diet and take a couple of supplements short term. After only 2 weeks my symptoms have halved, it has now been 3 months and I am feeling fabulous. I have been under Jenny's care for more than two decades, she is the best acupuncture practitioner and Traditional Chinese Doctor I have ever known.Whether it has to do with chronic illness (digestive disorder, menstrual imbalance, rehabilitation after injury, skin problem, migraine, insomnia...etc.), acute conditions (infections, allergic reaction, cold & flu, stomach upset...etc.), or mood disturbance, Jenny's magical needles and herbs along with her extremely caring and kind spirit, have helped me recover from countless illnesses and enhanced my wellness state immensely. I wish more people could experience her magical healing. As a needle-sensitive person myself, I can't believe how pain-free and relaxing her acupuncture is with her gentleness and preciseness. Her clinic has been in Neutral Bay for almost two decades if I remember correctly after she quit her hospital position in Beijing, China and came to Sydney, so in total she has been practicing Chinese Medicine (Zhong Yi) for 30 years already. The only complaint I have is that her clinic was quite tricky to find when I (and later my friends) went the first time, took me a while to find the "Shop 9 8 Waters Road". We had a table each and both come out feeling as equally disappointed with the results. As shopping centre massage shops go you get what you pay for. You will need to ignore the white noise from the centre and whilst the girl I had was far more enthusiastic than some she was pretty green in regards to experience. The tables are very firm and narrow. Good news is that with the heavy use of towels you want leave feeling like a seabird in an oil slick. If you want a simple rub down head on in. If you want something of use keep walking. They do cards,contrary to the sign at the counter preferring cash, and you can use your health fund as well. Not sure we will return with so many options.

I went to Moore health for post-natal physio and to be frank, was disappointed with the treatment, upon learning of this and much to Catherine and her teams' credit the criticism was taken on board with a determination to learn from the experience and maintain their usual standards of excellence. In my experience it's quite rare that clinicians respond to criticism in such a proactive and constructive way and I'm impressed by the level of dedication that Catherine shows to her team and to ensuring that everyone who comes to her with a problem gets the best possible treatment. I would recommend that you go and see Catherine and her team, and if you're not 110% happy then rest-assured that you can freely communicate this to her and engage in an open dialogue, and they will work hard to get it right.
