History
Established in 2019.
Founded under the lineage of Dr. Vasant Lad, Ayurveda Healing Home began in January 2019 as an Ayurveda & Sound Healing Center in Ventura, California, and later found a home within Soul Body Ojai in the beautiful healing vortex of Ojai, CA.
Natalie is currently on retreat in Nepal, deepening her study and contemplative practice at Kopan Monastery, reconnecting with the roots of healing and awareness.
Ayurveda Healing Home will reopen in Taos, New Mexico, in January 2026, where I will offer traditional Ayurvedic treatments, seasonal cleanses, and personal consultations — a renewed sanctuary devoted to self-reliance, inner vitality, and the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
Meet the Business Owner: Natalie W.
Natalie Wohlstadter is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner who studied for three years under Dr. Vasant Lad, training at both The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico and The Vasanta Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India.
A devoted traveler and lifelong student, Natalie has lived and studied Yoga and Ayurveda throughout India and Nepal, bringing deep understanding of traditional practices into her healing work.
Through Ayurveda Healing Home, she offers Ayurvedic healing and education through individual consultations and group classes, integrating diet, lifestyle, yoga, meditation, pranayama, and herbal protocols to support balance, vitality, and self-reliance.
Natalie is currently on retreat in Nepal and will reopen Ayurveda Healing Home in Taos, New Mexico, in January 2026.
