It took several weeks for his crew to actually show up in the beginning (first red flag), there was a language barrier (second red flag) so I couldn't ask any questions or get any answers or even know when they would finish the project. Zero follow up. I'm amazed by the lack of communication from Jensen. I paid him the full agreed on amount when he reached out 6 months later and chalked up the horrible experience as lesson learned. Never use family!!!! Shame on him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Enjoy your money Jensen... I don't mind paying twice... That's what was important to you, obviously.

I work overnights, and have neglected my yard upkeep for months. After all of the rain that we've had this spring, my yards had gotten completely out of control. I sent Jensen the 5 "before" pictures that are displayed in this review. He gave me an estimate and told me that he would be here the following day. His crew arrived promptly at the appointed time. There were three of them who worked steadily and efficiently for just over an hour. As you can see from the "after pictures, they completely transformed my yards. They did in one hour what would have taken me at least a full day! My recovery time after doing so would have been considerably longer! I would definitely say that the value I received comparative to the service that was performed was not only fair, completely satisfying. Two workers were on site for roughly two hours--four total labor hours--which breaks down to over $218 per hour per worker. That rate is completely unreasonable and far outside what most homeowners would ever expect for basic labor. When I calmly asked for a simple explanation of how this price was justified, my question was ignored rather than answered. Instead of transparency, I was met with avoidance. At payment, they then added a 3% credit card fee that was never disclosed beforehand, which only reinforced the feeling of being taken advantage of. This experience left me feeling misled and overcharged, with no accountability or respect for the customer. A reputable company explains its pricing, discloses fees upfront, and doesn't dodge reasonable questions. This one did none of that. I strongly recommend homeowners look elsewhere. There are far better, more honest contractors who won't leave you questioning whether you were ripped off.

I spoke with Dave, who provided an estimate and asked if I was working with my homeowners, which I was not. He advised that there was hail damage and he'd be happy to talk with them, but was not pushy about it, like some other contractors had been. I agreed, and although they were not the lowest bid, I decided to go with them. After insurance approved a percentage, I gave the go ahead and a week later they started. They were fast, efficient and very professional. My 1600 sq ft roof was finished within the week. They cleaned up, ran the magnets to pick up the nails and left it as they found it, but with a new roof. There was some rot they found, which was replaced with new plywood and I was made aware of all the damage they found. Several months afterwards, I discovered a small leak at the water heater vent, and Dave came out promptly, identified it as a joint that needed silicone to seal it, well above the roof jack. They fixed it the next business day. I couldn't be happier with my choice of roofers. Professional and great customer service.
