They say they will come out and respond and fix it immediately that I signed off the job was done well. Such a bunch of lies still awaiting to be able to use my air conditioner and dryer. I guess I was left out to dry very unfair and deceptive business practices. Stephan was the representative for this company although he did a great job on cleaning my ducts. Very overpriced and unreliable. I will be shouting to the rooftops because they took my money and ran.!! Still awaiting a call all day never got one day after day after day.
