Bought my house 4 1/2 years ago. Chris came out and took care of doing a warranty replacement on the water hearer with Lowe's, fixing the water lines coming into the house, installing the softener and having a guy mount the sink under the counter properly. Fast forward to last week and the replacement water heater from Lowe's gave out. (should have replaced it with a reputable one then) Chris showed up and installed a new water heater and checked to make sure the water softener was running good. Talked about how it took close to 2 min for hot water at my shower in the back of the house. He came back 3 days later and installed a re circulation pump on the hot water. Now takes about 15 seconds to get hot water saving me money!
