I was so bummed after we just had new pavers installed and then they resurfaced our road which meant TAR! Tanya in the office was so patient with me and helped me understand the process. The office was responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. Carlos with American Maitenance Professionals did fantastic work and was a joy to meet. He worked hard and communicated the process well. This was my first time ever having my driveway power washed and cleaned and I'm so glad I used them. This time it was because of the tar, but I'm going put it on my calendar for routine home care!

Found this company on Yelp last Thursday. Sent a couple pictures of the special garage floor that needed a deep cleaning as well as the driveway and walkway to the house. Fast response and quote in by Friday. Monday by 10:30 am completed the job!!!! Amazingly professional and results speak for themselves in the pictures. This company is great to work with, give them a call for your pressure washing. You'll be glad you did!

I called this company 3 times to get them to wash my mobile home. Every time someone was to call me back...nothing! I guess because I live in a mobile home and was going to buy the coupon on Groupon, they didn't want to do it. The least they could have done was say no. I would not recommend this company. read more

My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. The batteries in my golf cart needed to be hosed off and instead of driving the cart into the rocks in the front yard, I put in the driveway (stupid me). When I put the golf cart back into the garage, I noticed the battery acid stain on the driveway with the stain continuing down to the street. So that's what that brownish yellow stain was a small distance from my stain. The previous owner must have gone to the same "stupid" school as me. I got on line, read some reviews and requested an online quote from AZ PowerWash Pros. Within an hour, I had a quote in my email with a follow-up call the next day. I made an appointment for today between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Kenny called me about 12:45 pm and told me that he had just finished a job and he would be at my house in 20 to 25 minutes. Kenny was great. Having talked with other golfers in my area who have made the same mistake as me, I knew that battery acid stains are next to impossible to get rid of. Kenny told me that he could not guarantee that the stains would come out 100% but felt that he could get most of it out of the concrete. Kenny is a great worker who take pride in his work. He went over the stains several times with different solutions and good old "elbow grease" with the brush. After the actual power wash of the driveway, he went over the remaining stain again a few times and then rinsed them off. He not only got rid of the stains that I made but also the older stains that had been on the driveway for several years. Fantastic job! Many years of accumulated oil stains on our long driveway were cleaned off in what seemed to be minutes. It gave new life to an old driveway. When the crew arrived, they went straight to work and worked head's down until they were done. I'm impressed.
