They will give you a quote and then show up for the job, claim they quoted a different scope, and try to get you to pay much more. In my case 3X. I had the guys come out and clean all of the windows on the house and the two sliding glass doors. They did a FANTASTIC job! The sliding glass doors and screens always stuck when pulling on them. Now they glide across the track so easily. It's amazing!! All of the windows sparkle, inside and out. The guys were early, very polite, professional and respectful of me and the property. I can highly recommend this business. Dustin, the owner was always very responsive and we feel he did a great job with the project. We had him clean pigeon droppings off the roof as well as nests that were under solar panels. Then he put a form of netting made of metal and covered with a pvc type material between the solar panels and the roof to keep the pigeons out. He also cleaned the solar panels. He is licensed and insured. He's worth talking to if you need his services. read more

Alpha Exteriors came out to do my windows and also repaired my broken screens, all done while they were here. My windows are so squeaky clean that I have to put stickers on them to know there's glass in the frame. The screens were filthy. Now they are completely clean, dust and dirt free.
