Based on the interval between drives, he might have been able to get his license at least 6 months after. I called, texted, emailed and no-one would respond. One time I received an email that says "We don't work with your schedule." That is not very customer service based. I would not recommend this driving school.

My son took All Suburban's driving course and he now has his license. That was the goal, and that…read morewas accomplished. However, it was not an impressive operation. Specifically, the communication along the way was VERY POOR! The class itself was a lot of time spent waiting for other people to finish tests and quizzes and provided a captive audience for the instructor to tell stories about himself. That's fine. That's what most of us remember from Driver's Ed. But try to get an answer to a question and you may not know what the real answer is! Before signing up I left voicemails and sent emails and it took a month to get a response. Then we got him signed up and I wanted to schedule his behind the wheel time. No can do. Why? They needed us to teach him to drive the car before they would do those sessions. Ummm...isn't that the point of Driver's Ed? They teach and we provide practice? OK, fine, so I asked if once we did schedule, would they have any daytime options for homeschoolers? No. Ok, not great, but that's fine. (The other driving school we used for our oldest loved that option because then it left the evening slots for the public school clientele and gave them more capacity.). So we got several hours of driving in before calling back to schedule. When I did call back, I was told that we would have to go on a waiting list because they had too many students and not enough instructors, but that we would get a call in about 8-weeks. As we chatted, that employee noted it was a shame we hadn't asked about the daytime hours they offer homeschoolers because we could have been done by now. What!? The exact opposite information I was given when I asked specifically. So we waited patiently and were never called back. Finally, we called to ask why we hadn't been contacted and were told the employee who was handling that was no longer with the company, so they didn't do anything with that wait list. Are. You. Kidding. Me? I asked if we could get all our sessions scheduled (the previous employee told me that as long as we had a span of 14-days we could easily do that) but this time I told that since we were at the beginning of a month we could only do 3 of the 4. Why? Because "it wouldn't be fair to other people trying to schedule." I reminded him that it was us who had been trying to schedule and hadn't been called back. He responded by telling me he was the owner and those were his rules. After scheduling the 3rd session with the owner, he told me son that he felt he was good enough that he didn't need the 4th session - which we had paid for. Sigh. So we did 3 of our 4 Behind the Wheel sessions in, but not in time for my son to get his license when he was eligible. We chose All Suburban because they were the cheapest option. This is a case of getting what we paid for. If you have an alternative option for Driver's Ed, I would suggest you take it.

My daughter had her behind the wheel class scheduled, but now they won't respond to my emails or calls. The one email Ron responded was extremely rude. Now I have to spend another $300 to get new behind the wheel from someone else. He's got no class, no writing etiquette. Thankfully I don't have to deal with him again.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and clear. She funny and to the point. She is good at what she…read moredoes. However, the email sent out from the main office stated parent orientation would be about 20 minutes which is inaccurate as it was more like 50. This time frame was not on the instructor who moved through that thoroughly and quickly, but instead on the amount of information she provided. In addition, the room size and seating is limited and that should be noted when sending the meeting details as well. Last, there is additional unused space in the front that could be used to make the facility a little bigger and provide additional seating for parents at orientation as you never know the circumstances with parents (or students) who may need those seats while attending that orientation.

When my son does the drives, he gets good feedback during the drive as well as a write up afterward that I can review with him and know what to work on at home. I want to give them 5 stars but scheduling individual drives has been extremely tough to get. I understand that Covid created an issue with getting folks scheduled and actually hosting drives; however, from a user experience it has been frustrating trying to get on the schedule.

Yes, it's tricky to arrange behind…read morethe wheel time...but if you just set a reminder to log in at noon on the correct day you can get times that work for you. Both of my sons learned to drive here and found the classes very engaging and the teachers really care. They can even pick up and drop off from your home if needed which was super handy. Lots of parent materials, too. Would use again, but we are done with kids, LOL!

The owner, Pete, was very accommodating and professional about the whole situation and scheduled my drives quickly and efficiently. They give you full driving lessons here, starting with parking strategies and real-world applications of what will be on the driving test at the DMV. They really prepared me for my driving test as well as what I see on the road every day while driving. The instructor that I had was very friendly and respectful towards me. Totally recommend.
