During one of those calls, the representative was rude and repeatedly told me to stop talking when I tried to explain the promises that had been made to me on three separate occasions but were never fulfilled. I could hear her speaking with her manager in the background, and the manager refused to address my concerns, stating that he had multiple other things to do. The explanation I was eventually given was that they were transitioning to a new system, which had never been mentioned during any of my previous calls. Instead of resolving the issue, they expected me to drive all the way to their Morton Grove office just to pick up my certificate. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing customer service experience. Communication was poor, commitments were not honored, and the lack of professionalism made what should have been a simple process unnecessarily stressful.

This was my very first time on a motorcycle. Henry and Natalie are great instructors. Sure, they know how to ride and instruct on skills. This is the best experience I have had with any driving school. I want to especially thank Lee for his encouragements, teachings, and early morning pickups (he always arrived 15 minutes early, always super on time and organized). The school is pretty popular despite lack of reviews, so not much room to choose time slots but if you are flexible and looking for a good place to learn driving (and pass the test in no time with flying colors) then I would give top driver a try. Make sure you understand how many hours you need to practice and how much practice you will be having with your family's car, so that it will give you a better idea of how many lessons you want. When you are able to schedule a lesson the instructor may or may not show up. There are a ridiculous amount of hoops you have to jump through in order to actually get them to send the proper paperwork to the DMV for your kid to get a license, though they will tell you they sent the proper documentation and then when you get to the DMV at 9 am on Saturday morning for your appt you will learn that these idiots did not, in fact, submit the necessary paperwork. I had never received treatment using alternative medicine before but I decided to keep an open mind and an open heart. At the time when I had started treatment I was on a very strong anti-psychotic. It was such a relief to find a clinic where I felt completely heard and understood. After a few weeks of relief from the treatment I finally had the courage to let my psych know that I no longer wanted to be on the meds. It has been going well for me since then. I've read a few books on Traditional Chinese medicine and it has been a great learning experience. Bring shorts to change into. Make enough time in your day to dedicate the time to heal.
