I would give zero stars if I could. Never ever again will I use this company. They sent an old shuttle that had a broken speaker system, no air conditioning (on an 80 degree day), the seats were torn up and there were AC vents missing. One actually popped out and hit me in the head. We rented it to drive around for two hours and play music for my daughters birthday. We were so hot the girls cheeks were bright red and we were all sweating by the time we got home, we had to bring our own Bluetooth speaker, which kept losing connection and there was no ice for our water in the coolers but there was a beer bottle cap from the last customers. The bus was dirty and looked like it should have been retired. We were SO disappointed with the whole day. A fun birthday party turned into "when will we be home so we can get some air conditioning & some cold water!" I spoke with the manager the following week and she was full of excuses. They ended up refunding our money except for $100 to pay the driver. Sadly a refund doesn't change the extremely poor experience we had instead of a fun day. Awful experience. They should be embarrassed that this bus was still in their fleet. Don't believe the videos on the website. I wish I hadn't. read more

I hired Azalea Limosine for my July wedding. I thought I had hired a respectable business. Well- the wedding day came and the stress began. The limos weren't on time for anyone; my bridal party was picked up late. Guests arrived 30 mins after the ceremony was to start. We all had to wait in the heat for them to get everyone to the venue. There was no communication between Azalea and my wedding coordinators on their plans. I wasn't even going to leave a review from all the troubles we experienced until I got an unauthorized charge on my card during my honeymoon for $250 for an "overage charge" due to their tardiness- without an invoice or consent! I called them an demanded an explanation. Just because you have my card on file; doesn't mean that you are able to make unauthorized charges- especially when Azalea is at fault. Please be weary when booking with them. read more

Azalea was very easy to communicate with and coordinate for my group of 10 using the sprinter Mercedes to an from a beer-fest. After our event we had some time to kill before our reservation was over and the driver was nice enough to take us around so we could enjoy more time on the "party bus". The van was clean and comfortable with a great sound system. Our driver was polite and very cooperating. Overall the rates were affordable and with such excellent service I wouldn't hesitate to use Azalea again. read more

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Azalea for our wedding this past November. We were supposed to have a trolley pickup the wedding party at 2:00pm and they never showed. An hour later at 3:00pm we finally get in touch with them and even though our contract had all the right timing the driver didn't think they were supposed to come and pickup until 4:00pm. Still to this day I have no received my refund for the mix up. Not a great experience for me. read more

We had a limo booked for September 14th, the day hurricane Florence hit. The owner of this company kept a $700 deposit of ours saying their cancellation policy is 7 days out. I called very upset about this and was told by the owner that he wasn't going to talk to me because I was so upset. Of course I'm upset!! I'm being told $700 is being kept for a service we didn't use! It's so disheartening that a business owner would pull something like this have so little empathy and then be completely condescending to customers. read more

They saved our life! We had a large wedding party and last minute had to rearrange transportation. We needed to be picked up at 4:20pm, and I called at 2:00pm in a panic asking what they could do for us. Russell wasn't in the office but still answered the phone anyway. Paid $400 for a bachelor party out for my brother. We walked out of the club DT Wilmington, called my limo driver around 20 times and never got an answer. The guys I was with called also. Not sure if he lost service or fell asleep, who knows. Had to call the owner of the company several times, in which he told me the driver wouldn't respond to his calls either, all he could tell me was the location of the driver, which he was a half a mile away from where we were. We had no clue where we were, so we finally got a f'ing taxi which we paid $20 for because he had no damn clue where he was going either. We finally got to the location to where the driver was and our driver atleast gave us 30 extra minutes, on him, but when I spend damn $400 on a limo, I expect to have the limo there and I sure as hell don't expect to have to rent a damn taxi. No words can ever explain how furious this made me. I would never ever ever refer anyone to this company. Please save your money and go to a place where you will actually have a limo there waiting for you, don't take the chance. read more

We used this limousine service for prom and rented a bus through it. It was awful. Although the bus itself was very nice our driver was very rude and unpleasant towards us. In conclusion, he had a bad attitude that was clear to customers. read more
