I contacted Azalea Pools to replace my liner. They sent Josh out to give me an estimate. I decided to go with them. Josh ordered my liner and came out to install it in January. I asked if it was too cold to install it , he said no. well obviously it was. there are wrinkles everywhere and it is so loose every time I vacuum the vac sticks to the bottom pulling up the liner. absolutely horrible. do not use this company read more

My experience with Azalea Pools is much different that other reviewers. Josh met with us multiple times to design our pool and also take us to look at finished pools. When the project got under way, our PM was extremely helpful, always updating us on what the next step would be, when it would start, and how long it should take. Every crew showed up the day we were told and worked until the phase was complete. They kept the site clean, and the craftsmanship was impeccable. From ground breaking to filling the pool was 10 weeks, though 12 weeks was the stated time for completion. I am very happy with Azalea Pools. read more

Our pool contract was signed at the beginning of August. We were told that the pool construction would take about 6 to 8 weeks, but we could probably be done closer to 6. We started the pool dig on August 18th and finally got plaster on October 29th. It took 11 weeks for completion. We were over promised and under delivered throughout the whole process. The rebar started on Aug 21st; on Aug 24th, the pool was plumbed. On Aug 25th I was told we were on the list for gunite and that the only company that they use was a week before they could make it out to the job site. On Aug 31st I received a message from Levit stating that I had not been forgotten about, and he was still waiting on a legitimate answer from the gunite crew as to what date they would be coming out. On Sept 4th, the pool was full of rainwater. Sept 4th I was told that we were put till the next week at least on gunite. On September 14th, the crew for gunite finally showed up and the hole still had water in it and the rebar was all sunken behind all the mud. My husband was concerned that the gunite would not be done correctly so we refused the gunite that morning. Levit was supposed to be there at 6:00 am when the crew got there but he was not there. On Sept 16th, I received a message from Levit apologizing for the delay saying that it was their intention on Sunday (The day before the gunite) to get the pool ready as much as possible. Somewhere between Sept 16th and October 1st we finally had gunite. They had ordered the wrong pool tile, so we had to wait for that as well. There were many issues along the way. First, they installed the wrong filter system, the sprinklers and dirt spreading seemed to be a problem getting them done, our pool was supposed to have an autofill system that was forgotten about when doing the pool and had to be done later. Now after the pool is done and they have all their $$ when we have an issue there is no quick response from anyone. We have an issue heating our pool, it is not doing what we were told it would do during pool school. Had their own guy Marco, not told us it would work this way we would not expect it to. In the end we have a nice pool, but geez if you are looking for a smooth process with service after the fact, I WOULD NOT recommend Azalea Pools. read more

After getting multiple quotes we went with Azalea pools because they we owned by Tyler Sprinklers and they addressed our drainage issues. We felt going with a family owned company would be align with us great. In total our job was over $180,000 and they were paid every penny. To date 4/9/2021 (it was quoted as being a 6-8 week job and started 11/1/2020) this company hasn't finished any part of the project. They require to be paid in advance for all work and hold workers from your job if you ask for some work to be done so you know the job will be finished. We had them sign contracts that they would finish the work before paying the last $10k. Jokes on us. We have now had to pay an electrician, another landscaping company, sprinkler installers, and another pool company to come and fix and finish the work that Azalea Pools decided not to do, or to not do correctly. Truthfully, the ONLY person in this company that finished the work they started and that we haven't had to redo is their carpenter (the owners son in law) TJ. We are now we'll over $200k in this project having to repair/replace/and finish the work they quoted and were PAID to do. RUN FAST & HARD. read more

Run. Do not walk from these people. ONE YEAR LATER AND NOT FINISHED. Maybe the most apathetic group of non responsive people in the world. If you don't mind not having a timeline, Poor Quality and no communication then Azalea Pools is for you. Josh has no backbone and hides behind his cousin, Stacey. It took over a year to build my pool which cost a bit less than $200K. The main job of a swimming pool is not to leak. My pool was turned over to me with out finishing it. The pool leaked. The cover was never finished being installed and the heater they sent out was defective. Azalea made no effort to do anything until I had my attorney put them on notice.
