Why do they ask for my insurance card if they can't even charge correctly for an office visit? After Erika ordered an MRI for me, they wanted to charge me a copay to come in and have Erika review my MRI results with me. When I asked if they could bill me for the copay, they were unwilling to work with me and essentially held my MRI results hostage. I have since switched to an ENT who is an actual MD, NOT a Nurse Practitioner. And guess what? She didn't charge me for an office visit to review my MRI results with me.

He tested me for allergies, ordered a nebulizer and prescribed some nose sprays and inhalers. He referred me to an ENT for a surgery I needed and now my breathing is a lot better than when I first went to him. Genevieve and Renicka are awesome too. They require masks but they are not obnoxious about it like other offices. Respect for the patient is paramount here. I recommend Dr. Bala!
