However, not long ago, maybe a year or so ago, Doctor Azimi moved into a small building located on La Mesa Boulevard at Grossmont Boulevard across from Drew Ford Car Dealership, as well as Marieta's Restaurant, just a few doors down La Mesa Boulevard. The physicians' assistant PA for Doctor Azimi is very nice and efficient, whose name is Brian M. I have gotten a number of tests at this clinic, including a scan of the big vein in my neck, an echocardiogram, an electrocardiogram, as well as even a stress test, which was conducted on a treadmill they have right in the office. read more

Dr Azimi is been my cardiologist for the past couple of years and he is one of the most caring, loving, intelligent, Doctor I've ever been.

I have been going to Dr. Azimi for almost 10 years for what initially was heart blockage and severe limitation to exercise. He placed 5 stents and I'm doing perfectly well today. Over the years, he has managed my cholesterol, heart rate, blood pressure perfectly even to the point of stopping some medicines when I didn't need it. He works with my PCP to keep me healthy. Dr Azimi saved my dad's life. It is because of Dr Azimi that my dad received the best life-saving cardiology care. He came to the doctor because of chest pain and was found to have near complete blockage in the "widow maker" artery around the heart. Dr Azimi was my cardiologist I have been having symptoms of dizziness and fatigue for months since my heart attack. The Dr was aware of my condition when released to return to work. I returned to work after being out for 6 months. I only lasted a week and a half due to my dizziness and fatigue. I went back to DrAzimi asked him about the medications I'm taking as they all cause dizziness he said only if my pressure is low would this be the case. I asked him if I needed a defibrillator he said I didn't have heart failure. He referred me to a neurologist and said there was nothing heart related that's causing my symptoms. I asked him to sign my paperwork for EDD disability benefits and he declined told me to ask neurologist. I contacted another cardiologist and told their office about my experience with Dr Azimi they weren't surprised and said they get a lot of his former patients. I was without any disability benefits for over a month & had to take unpaid leave because Dr Azimi wouldn't sign my forms . My new cardiologist performed another stress test and echocardiogram and unfortunately I do have heart failure and my EF % has dropped . This is what's causing me dizziness and fatigue. I would not recommend Dr. Azimi to anyone he showed no empathy or concern for my heart problem or well being and misdiagnosed me. read more

Do not come here. The doctor triple and quadruple books appts. 3 to 4 a pots every 15 minutes. He spends less and less time with the patients, and doesn't listen to anything you have to say. In and out in 4 minutes flat. I need someone that cares about me, and my health. Look at the reviews, and find a real caring Cardiologist. read more

Dr. Azimi has been my cardiologist for the past several years. He has performed several cardiac procedures on me and although my condition is not the best I feel it's the best it can be considering the level of my cardiac problems. I find him frank and honest in his approach to cardiac care. One may not like hearing that their heart is failing but reality is what it is.
