We're either playing phone tag, or the care representative does not forward messages or return calls, unless it's time for your appointment, (they have no clue what the appointment is for) and they want to make sure you're still insured and you'll show up. (If not they'll still bill your insurance.) Is the purpose of this office to cause hypertension, etc, to receive payment for services that ARE NOT rendered, or to cause cardiac issues so that you may receive payment? Absolutely terrible! The new location parking lot is a tad tight, very limited spots since there are other businesses in the same structure. Several handicap parking spots. Once I walked in, the area was spacious. The waiting room had a bathroom to the left, a long counter to check in with the staff and new chairs (old building had old well used chairs). I did not take pictures of the waiting area because the time I went it was a lot of patients and I wanted to respect their privacy. I do noticed that there was a lot more staff compared to the old building across from Paradise Valley hospital. I think it's a good thing. Although the wait to get my grandmother's heart monitor took long. We waited almost an hour. When I got mines in the Chula Vista location, my waiting time was not even five minutes. I do understand that they have to wait for the monitor equipment to be returned, sanitize and test it out prior to assigning it to another patient. Once we got called in, the gentleman was helpful and gentle with my grandmother. Answered all of our questions. The new building is a huge improvement, lots of rooms for patients and the staff to work/move around. Very clean and had the new building smell lol. Overall, I have not encounter any rude staff at any of their offices. They are always helpful, friendly and always answered all of my questions. They are really patient. I love Heart and Wellness, I am a patient myself and I highly recommend. Our cardiologists are Mariusz Wysoczanski AKA Dr. W and Dr. Nancy Ly. They are awesome!!!

I was even told they will call primary Dr and get referral and return my call (never happened). Yesterday I was transferred to another department, stayed on hold for 40 minutes and then the darn thing hung up on me. There is also a message on the greeting to text their number for faster service, that didn't happen. How in the heck can someone schedule with theses people?

We have worked so well together my condition has seriously improved, my medication adjusted to work with me and she is just simply the best. She will be leaving My CHULA VISTA Doctors and I will be following her ANYWHERE she goes, there is no one else in Chula Vista or National City that are at her level and I have over 30 years of other endocrinologists to compare her to.

The only thing that would really needs to be improved is the taste of the food. Paradise Valley is not a bad hospital at all. My room was really clean too.
