I do find it exciting that they are trying innovative flavors, but I also think its important to not overshadow some of the foundations in the process. (Tuna Nigiri: C) - Smells extremely delightful, but unfortunately dullfully lacking saline that could only be partially resolved by soy sauce. (Salmon Nigiri: C) - Fascinating concept with a South Asian influenced flavor profile that seemingly works. I'm not sure what the foam is supposed to be for since its completely disjoint from the salmon, but this dish wouldve worked if it was balanced with saline. (XO Siu Mai: B) - Surprisingly well flavored with a tender meat mixture, topped with some subtle xo to enhance with a noticeable but not overpowering spiciness. (Steamed Scallop: A) - This is the least fusion dish but also unironically the best from what I've sampled. A very classic profile with tender scallops, and an abundance of vermicelli and garlic that is perfectly seasoned with soy and sesame. Also the wines they have are excellent! We decided to take a bottle of an Australian Shiraz and really loved it. Our waiter was happy that we were happy with our choice, and even came back with some other bottles that he could recommend if we liked this wine :) The food was just amazing! I started with the steamed bread with a crocodile curry and had the kangaroo steak as the main dish. After the waiter came to take the plates I told him that I just had one remark about the dish: they should be BIGGER :) There actually was nothing left on my plate again and I think I even started to take of the top-layer of the stone of the plate because it still had some flavor :) The dessert was a Caribbean cheesecake and if it is still on the menu, really can recommend it. Actually used my fingers to get the last bits of taste out of the plate, because it was so good :) Because this place has such good food, it is quite busy. Really recommend making a reservation if you want to eat here.

Very disappointed. It's a club that serves mediocre food. If that's what you're looking for, then…read moreby all means you should go. We went based off the website boasting high end small dishes. We were anticipating thoughtfully prepared Asian fusion cuisine in an elegant setting. We ordered the tasting menu. None of the dishes were inspired. The menu started with an oyster in the half shell with a nice Asian version of a mignonette. The mignonette was excellent but the oyster itself was a little fishy. The sashimi that followed was good but identical to sashimi anyone can get in any decent sushi restaurant. The black cod followed. Like the sashimi, it was good but nothing special. The last main was seared wagyu. It was nicely cooked but the sauce was a completely uninspired sweet sauce that actually detracted from the taste of the meat. The tulip pot dessert was hands down the high point. It was the one part of the menu that felt in any way inspired. The service was friendly but very slow and very disjointed. The music was too loud to allow a meaningful conversation. The dining room is thoughtfully designed and actually quite cool. So, if you're looking for a club that serves mediocre uninspired Asian fusion cuisine, by all means go for it. If you're looking for a nice restaurant with thoughtful Asian fusion dishes, you might want to look elsewhere.

My friend, her young son, and I ordered 3 small plates and one of the sushi options. The flavors were balanced and the quality of the ingredients shined on each dish. However, the portion sizes were much smaller than expected considering the price for each item. Even my friend's son said, "I'm still hungry," after we finished what we had ordered. Overall, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was classy. I feel it is a great option for drinks and appetizers.
