By then, it was time for the next patient. Autumn told me that they were not going to clean my teeth and that I had to leave. I drove 2 hours round trip for nothing. Autumn was rude, disrespectful, and talked down to me. She had a chip on her shoulder and a power trip. She should be fired immediately for how she treated me. I will never go back to this dentist office again because of Autumn. There are so many choices of dentists on Linglestowns Road that I don't need this one. I would not even give it one star. Actually it deserves zero stars because the customer service from the employees there is horrible. They are hiring low grade people that don't care about the clients. Autumn bullied and degraded me. She thought I didn't have insurance and treated me like I didn't deserve service. She literally told me to leave. She told the dental hygienist not to service me. She is a horrible person with a mean personality. She should not be working with customers. She is incompetent because I've always had insurance, but she didn't do her job correctly. My hygienist was Heather who did a great job. No slips, no pain, very thorough and friendly. She was very kind and patient as I managed my anxiety attack. The dentist was great (sorry, I forget his name). Through & gentle. I asked questions about a new night guard & he was pushy with other services like other dentists that I have used. The office was easy to find, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the overwhelming air freshener usage in the waiting area and bathroom. It made my eyes burn and my chest was getting tight while in the waiting room. Fortunately, I was only waiting 2-3 minutes. But if you are sensitive to air fresheners, this isn't a good place for you unless they make arrangements to use a different entrance. The treatment room was fine. Just normal dentist office smells. I did make another appointment & look forward to returning.

The waiting room is full. They're embarrassing. The crap out of me telling me I have no insurance, which I did after sitting there for 20 minutes. Flustered don't even know what I filled out on the papers that they gave me because they kept calling me up to the desk how embarrassing to me you need to reschedule after you get your insurance straightened out come to find out they wrote down the wrong birthdate of my husband, which is why I was showing I had no insurance so I rescheduled where they gave me like six different times that they kept changing. Finally, they settled for two said I needed two appointments. I said you know you had me so confused that I hope you have me on the list the day before my appointment no problems. I have it in your notes. We will be calling you before your appointment for a reminder that never happened and that day it snowed so I shoveled snow all morning to come into the house to find out that they were open for three hours at my appointment happen to be in the middle of those three hours that I have now missed so I went to reschedule and was told by Tori that their policy is once you miss an appointment you're wasting the doctors time so we will no longer be able to see you how nice so I called to talk to Hannah took me six times. I had to pretend I was somebody else to get through to her because Tori and Hannah seem to be best friends and work well together as keeping track of phone calls so you can't get through the only thing they could tell me was you need to find another dentist that we will no longer see you okayed to waste my time but not OK to waste the doctors time OK to promise me I will get a call before my appointment as a reminder that never happened. Yes I'm highly upset. All I have learned from this dentistry. Is they like to teach people a lesson. And punish you to no end. So, it was simply lies atop another lie from the time that I walked in the door. Their office manager was rude when I later called to discuss the bill. She obviously had a problem admitting the LIE. I might have casually accepted the "fee" but I cannot accept LIES. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE AND I CAUTION YOU TO FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.

Sandee has been my dental hygienist the entire time, and I have to say she was originally the reason I continued with Dr. Singh's practice. Other hygienists I've had have left me with bleeding gums and tooth sensitivity. Sandee takes her time to be sure she's done a thorough cleaning and inspection as well as making sure to avoid discomfort during and after the process. I've been to several dentists over the years, and I take great pride in my smile. Dr. Singh performed a couple of bonds to important teeth, and her work is masterful. She really has a developed eye for what looks correct aesthetically. I would trust her with any cosmetic work I may have done in the future. Pricing is honest, upfront, fair, and comparable to other providers in the area. There's an in-house program for people without insurance as well! Prior to my company providing dental insurance, I used Dr. Singh for a year during a lapse in insurance and took advantage of said program. It definitely made keeping up with my dental visits less of a financial burden. In short, I recognize the importance of a smile and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Singh and her staff for primary dental care.

Dr Singh's work is excellent and without reproach. She is very agile and takes great care in comforting her patient throughout the procedure. The dental chair is also excellent as it gently massages your back throughout the session. Claudia is also in training to be a Dental Hygienist! She is so blessed to be training under Dr Singh. The cost of my crown replacement and restoration was very very reasonable and I didn't even have to come back for a second appointment! My new crown was made right there on the spot! Dr Singh and her assistant, Claudia, are simply the best! This was a great Valentines Day 2023!!!!!!!
