That said, I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Kiesling and his dental practice. Before yesterday, I have appreciated the semi-annual services I've consumed. They are polite, engaging, and on-time. But before yesterday, I'd not had any work done. I think it's fair to say that I'm no hero when it comes to dentists working on my teeth. I don't know about anyone else's pain threshold, but drilling has always been a nerve-wracking and painful experience; so I wasn't looking forward to having a big old filling replaced and a crack repaired in a different tooth. I needn't have feared, and all my anxiety was for naught. Dr. Kiesling and his assistant were professional and efficient, and I was out of the chair with virtually no pain in what seemed a short time. (Actually, as it turned out, I was in the chair for about an hour!) Wonderful! As I said, I don't expect everyone will react the same. I've had my share of bad dentistry experience. But I believe my teeth are now in capable hands.

To top this all off I was texted on a Sunday morning from the dentist's personal number to "remind" me of an appointment for the following morning that I wasn't even aware of - barely giving me 24 hours notice. Because I declined without giving them 24 hours notice they have charged me a $100 cancellation fee. This dentist is an unethical Creeper. My hygienist was Heather who did a great job. No slips, no pain, very thorough and friendly. She was very kind and patient as I managed my anxiety attack. The office was easy to find, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the overwhelming air freshener usage in the waiting area and bathroom. It made my eyes burn and my chest was getting tight while in the waiting room. Fortunately, I was only waiting 2-3 minutes. But if you are sensitive to air fresheners, this isn't a good place for you unless they make arrangements to use a different entrance. The treatment room was fine. Just normal dentist office smells. I did make another appointment & look forward to returning.

Dr. John is actually a very humorous individual... his chair side assistants were very thorough and actually made my visit(s) much more pleasant! I'd recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of dental care. My former dentist retired and I was hesitant to find a new dentist/practice. Happy to say I was successful in doing so.
