Her slide presentation, resources, and skillsets of the subject matter were fantastic and insightful. The class consists of lecture, slide presentation, sample "difficult conversation" worksheet that we all had a chance to partner up with and worked through using our desire experiences and outcome. This is a 2 hour class and it just flew by. Wished it was a half-day or a full-day immersion session. This is a subject matter that everyone can learn and benefit from.
