I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn others…read more I hired Cory for a vehicle wrap. He told me multiple times the material was "ordered," but I later confirmed with the supplier that it never was. For months I was promised updates and refunds that never came. He said I'd get proof of a refund (never sent), then said I'd have the money "tomorrow" but went silent again. After chasing him down repeatedly, I finally got my money back only because he handed it off to someone else to pass along. In his response elsewhere, Cory claimed: * The film wasn't available -- false. I confirmed directly with the supplier it was in stock multiple times. The issue was that he never ordered it. * That I was "tired of waiting" -- false. I never once said that. He was the one pushing for me to take a refund instead of finishing the job. * That this was a "sponsored job" -- false. I paid personally. Sponsorship had nothing to do with it. This dragged on for months with nothing but broken promises and dishonesty. If it had been a simple delay, I could have understood. What made this unacceptable was being lied to at every stage. I wish I didn't have to write this, but others deserve to know what they're walking into.

I had no formal art work (only a handful of inspo pics), so it required some extra efforts and creativity from their end. Lots of follow-up questions, clarity sought/received, and proofs provided prior to the project moving forward. There were several people who worked together to communicate with me and make the creative magic happen. I even heard from the company president, Jim Caughorn. I always think it is a wonderfully personal touch to have those at the top get involved and demonstrate their interest in the customer experience. My project was completed very quickly and was nicely protected by wrapping paper when I arrived to pick it up. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, which I have quickly grown accustomed to at Graphic Creations. While I paid upon pickup, they also have an online invoice payment option. Knoxville Customs

I stopped in today to check on having a new strip of tint added to my windshield since they were…read morethe ones who installed it initially. The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.
