Last year at the Hemet location with Alisha, she very informative , professional , and very helpful. There is one concern about that a new agent Daisy was at the Hemet location, she was working across from Alisha , since we thought any personal or private information stays in the office because we have the right as long term customers. Daisy had shared some personal information to a person does not correspond to him or have the right to know any access to us. I don't understand what was Daisy's motive to shared our personal information like that when we had asked nicely that day, it was private matter and us, as customers, we have that right. When she gave me a quote in June, it got really high, almost double since last one. When I asked her the reason for increase price, all she told me was "Insurance company jack up price", she didn't mention any "Broker Fee" It's my fault that I didn't read carefully to sign on "Docusign" . I should have requested her to provide clear invoice include Broker fee before I paid full. 6 month later, I paid same amount again. Once again, she NEVER mentioned about $1300 broker fee. A few days later, I received invoice from insurance company, it was only $3000. Therefore, I asked her what's the reason for the price gap, she told me that I supposed to receive new invoice, but she never mentioned about broker fee. So, please be careful with them. Recommend getting clear invoice before pay insurance fee.
