Those 3 women were super helpful. On the other hand 2 women working there, Kenley I think was one of their names and possibly a manager, maybe by the name of Lauren, wearing a blue blouse were terrible. They were super rude, making rude comments under their breath. When Daisy and Lirin had asked for help creating a "webb order," Kenley said "what do you want me to do about it" and then said "b*tvh" under her breath as she walked away. When the two young women asked for assistance from the manager she had a horrible attitude walking up. Lirin was unsure how to properly create our order and the manager was not happy about having to help. The whole environment felt very intense. (The manager, maybe Lauren, was very rude to Lirin. She was upset that Lirin did not know how to create the order but offered hardly any assistance in making the process easy and fast.) Only leaving 3 stars due to the atmosphere. The parking lot was clean and had enough space for the other customers to not hit my car. The store itself is gearing up for the increase foot traffic from the Holiday Season. The aisles and areas were neat and clean with everything organized into a proper place. The associates there were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Is it odd to review a Kohl's? Sure. But here I go anyway!…read more It's in a nice location in Wichita Falls and is easy to get to, although there isnt much in Wichita Falls that's hard to find. I was here for a wedding and forgot the top I was going to wear with my skirt, in a panic I went to Kohl's and not just one, but TWO associates there helped me gather items and some new cheap jewelry that matched the new outfit I was going to wear. The store was clean and laid out like every other kohl's but I really appreciated these ladies going the extra mile. For customer service alone, they rock!
