The spring rolls were good. Very crunchy wrapping, mixed with a fusion of veges, protein and vermicelli. The half chicken was my least favorite dish. I think it's an acquired taste, but the meat was tough to chew and the sauce was a quite tart. Combining all the factors mentioned above, it was a bit difficult to eat. The pho was good. The soup brough was warm, hearty and filling. The noodles were good too - very soft and easy to eat. The vermicelli dish was also good. Very standard protein and vege vermicelli dish. The chicken was tender and shrimp was grilled to perfection. Not a bad choice for Vietnamese cuisine in Montreal.

Note: prices already include all taxes. - Goi cuon tom thit (#18) ($6.00) - not worth it; you get two pieces but it's really only one roll cut in half. Nothing unique about them. - Goi du du tom thit ($9.00) - menu says shrimp but there wasn't any on the plate. Beef jerky was decent but the papaya salad was standard fare. Wouldn't get this again. - Herbs - bean sprouts, basil and lime wedges. - Bun bo hue ($18.50 XL) - only available on weekends. I love BBH and their version was okay. Broth was light on the lemongrass.
