My fellow diners, esp. the carnivores, reported similar satisfaction with their choices, including sausage, ham and beef stroganoff. The summer salad is a rainbow of fresh veggies, feasting both stomach and eye. We also each ordered a scoop of ice-cream. It was also very unique, very unlike the other versions of moussaka that I had experienced. The eggplant was super fresh, juicy and flavorful, while the cheese was thick, soft and bouncy (well, one should never turn down fresh Swiss cheese :-)). The accompanying rice was also quite unique: full-bodied, fragrant, moist, and subtly seasoned. I am so happy that my last meal in Dornach was such a special experience, and will gladly try other options when I come back to this area in the future!
