They obviously fixed everything except what was wrong with it and now I have a car payment on a car I just bought whose air was supposedly fixed but wasn't because this company told the dealer they fixed the air. This repair shop is over 3 hours from where I live . The air has never worked . It appears they charged the dealer to fix the air but the air was not working. Big scam IMO. Based on my experience I have to assume these people have no idea what they are doing or they are just evil.

My husband had to call and see how far they were and they told him the transfer case was messed up, we had the transfer case fixed back in February when we lived in pueblo. I was in La Junta on vacation when I had problems with my car. They were able to fix it quickly (they even pushed other customers off because I had to be to work the next day) and more importantly - THEY DID NOT GOUGE ME ON THE PRICE. Many places would have taken advantage of a person traveling and under the gun but they were complete professionals!!! I needed to drop a new radiator into my car so I called around to see if anyone in the Otero County area can get the part and fix the problem in two days. After much calling and receiving estimates, I figured that Del Rios' was the place to go. The shop itself is your run of the mill auto repair spot. The office area is neatly presented with a little area for a few people to sit and wait. Not a super fancy place but it doesn't bother me at all. The only thing that might scare a few off would be finding Mickey Mouse laying next to the the toilet...ummm...errr.... sleeping!! LOL. I was a little grossed out so I didn't use the bathroom after seeing my little friend. Really, I'm use to auto shops and it wasn't a huge shocker. They aren't fixing me up a grand meal. So, no worries. Other then my sleeping friend, the bathroom was relatively clean and he was gone the next time I was there. The service is friendly and personable. I'd also like to think they're making an honest buck in the shop which, I KNOW, is hard to come by at times. I chalk it up to experience and having friends in the industry.
